   Sur recommandation du premier ministre, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que l'honorable J. Derek Green, juge en chef de la Division de première instance de la Cour suprême de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador, soit nommé juge en chef de la Cour d'appel de la Cour suprême de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador, avec le rang de juge en chef de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador, et membre d'office de la Division de première instance de la Cour suprême de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador.

   The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, advises that the Honourable J. Derek Green, Chief Justice of the Trial Division of the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador, be appointed Chief Justice of the Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador, with the style and title of Chief Justice of Newfoundland and Labrador, and a member ex officio of the Trial Division of the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador.
