   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 127.1(1)(a) of the Public Service Employment Act, hereby appoints Glenda Yeates of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Associate Deputy Minister of Health, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes her salary and other employment conditions as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($203,600 - $238,600), effective May 1, 2009.

   Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’alinéa 127.1(1)a) de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Glenda Yeates, d’Ottawa (Ontario), au poste de sous-ministre délégué de la Santé, à titre amovible, et fixe son traitement et autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l'annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l'échelle (203 600 $ - 238 600 $), à compter du 1^er mai 2009.
