   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 127.1(1)(a) of the Public Service Employment Act, hereby appoints David Moloney of Orleans, Ontario, to be Executive Vice-President of the Canadian International Development Agency, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes his salary and other employment conditions as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($177,000 - $208,300), effective April 14, 2009.

   Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’alinéa 127.1(1)a) de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme David Moloney, d’Orléans (Ontario), au poste de premier vice-président de l’Agence canadienne de développement international, à titre amovible, et fixe son traitement et autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l'annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l'échelle (177 000 $ - 208 300 $), à compter du 14 avril 2009.
