Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of the Environment, pursuant to subparagraph 59(i)(iv) of the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act, hereby makes the annexed Infrastructure Projects Environmental Assessment Adaptation Regulations.
