   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, hereby

 (a)  pursuant to sections 103 and 105 of the Corrections and Conditional Release Act, appoints Simonne Ferguson of Kingston, Ontario, as a full-time member of the National Parole Board, Ontario Regional Division, to hold office during good behaviour for a period of five years;

 (b)  pursuant to subsection 150(1) of the Corrections and Conditional Release Act, designates Simonne Ferguson to be Vice-Chairperson of the Ontario Regional Division of the National Parole Board; and

 (c)  pursuant to subsection 153(1) of the Corrections and Conditional Release Act, fixes her remuneration at the rate set out in the annexed schedule, which remuneration is within the range GCQ 5 ($131,200 - $154,400).

   Sur recommandation du ministre de la Sécurité publique et de la Protection civile, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

 a)  en vertu des articles 103 et 105 de la Loi sur le système correctionnel et la mise en liberté sous condition, nomme Simonne Ferguson, de Kingston (Ontario), membre à temps plein de la Section régionale de l’Ontario de la Commission nationale des libérations conditionnelles, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de cinq ans;

 b)  en vertu du paragraphe 150(1) de la Loi sur le système correctionnel et la mise en liberté sous condition, désigne Simonne Ferguson au poste de vice-président de la Section régionale de l’Ontario de la Commission nationale des libérations conditionnelles;

 c)  en vertu du paragraphe 153(1) de la Loi sur le système correctionnel et la mise en liberté sous condition, fixe sa rémunération au taux spécifié à l’annexe ci-jointe, laquelle rémunération se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 5 (131 200 $ - 154 400 $).
