   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister for International Trade, pursuant to sections 3 and 4 of the Export Development Act, hereby approves the appointment by the Minister for International Trade of Herbert M. Clarke of St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, as a director of the Board of Directors of Export Development Canada to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, in the place of Jocelyne Landry.

   Sur recommandation du ministre du Commerce international et en vertu des articles 3 et 4 de la Loi sur le développement des exportations, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la nomination par le ministre du Commerce international de Herbert M. Clarke, de St. John’s (Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador), administrateur du conseil d’administration d’Exportation et développement Canada à titre amovible pour un mandat de trois ans, en remplacement de Jocelyne Landry.
