   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to subsection 11(1), paragraph 11(3)(b) and subsection 11(4) of the Canadian Tourism Commission Act , hereby approves the appointment by the Minister of Industry of Dragan Matovic of Niagara Falls, Ontario, as a director of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Tourism Commission to hold office during pleasure on a part-time basis for a term of four years, in the place of Christiane Germain.

   Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie et en vertu du paragraphe 11(1), de l’alinéa 11(3)b) et du paragraphe 11(4) de la Loi sur la Commission canadienne du tourisme, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la nomination par le ministre de l’Industrie de Dragan Matovic, de Niagara Falls (Ontario), administrateur du conseil d’administration de la Commission canadienne du tourisme à titre amovible pour un mandat de quatre ans à temps partiel, en remplacement de Christiane Germain.
