    Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to subsection 13(1) of the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council Act, hereby approves the annexed Council By-Laws amended by the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council at its meeting of March 7, 2008.
