Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, hereby fixes the salary of Shari A. Stein, a full-time member of the Immigration and Refugee Board (Toronto Regional Office), for the period she is acting as Deputy Chairperson of the Immigration and Refugee Board (Toronto Regional Office), at the rate set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 5 ($131,200 - $154,400), commencing April 1, 2008 and until such time as a new Deputy Chairperson of the Immigration and Refugee Board (Toronto Regional Office), is appointed.

Stein, membre à temps plein de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié (Bureau régional de Toronto), pour la période pendant laquelle elle agit à titre de vice-président de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié (Bureau régional de Toronto), conformément à l ~ annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l ~ échelle GCQ 5 (131 200 $ - 154 400 $), commençant le 1^er avril 2008 et se terminant à la date de nomination d’un nouveau vice-président de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié (Bureau régional de Toronto).
