Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food and the Treasury Board, pursuant to subsection 9(1) of the Farm Income Protection Act, hereby consents that the Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food enter into an amending agreement with the provinces and territories to amend the Federal / Provincial / Territorial Agreement with respect to AgriStability and AgriInvest, substantially in accordance with the attached draft amending agreement, to formalize a revised delivery process for the first year of the AgriInvest program.

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Agriculture et de l’Agroalimentaire et du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu du paragraphe 9(1) de la Loi sur la protection du revenu agricole, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil donne son agrément à la conclusion, par le ministre de l’Agriculture et de l’Agroalimentaire, d’un accord modificateur avec les provinces et les territoires, lequel est conforme en substance au projet d’accord ci-joint, en vue de modifier l’accord fédéral-provincial-territorial relatif à Agri-stabilité et à Agri-investissement, pour officialiser le processus de prestation modifié pour la première année du programme Agri-investissement.
