Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, considering that the collection of the tax is unjust, on the recommendation of the Minister of National Revenue, pursuant to subsection 23‍(2) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby remits tax in the amount of $2,891.‍00, and all relevant interest on it, paid or payable by Wendy Drever, for the 2002 taxation year, under Part I of the Income Tax Act.

Sur recommandation du ministre du Revenu national et en vertu du paragraphe 23‍(2) de la Loi sur la gestio n des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil, estimant que la perception en est injuste, fait remise de la somme de 2 891,00 $ et des intérêts afférents, payés ou à payer par Wendy Drever pour l’année d’imposition 2002 au titre de la partie I de la Loi de l’impôt sur le revenu.
