                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to the Special Appointment Regulations, No. 2003-1, hereby appoints Robert A. Wright of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Associate Secretary to the Cabinet, Deputy Minister to the Deputy Prime Minister and Security and Intelligence Coordinator, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes his salary as set out in the schedule hereto, which salary is within the range ($197,200 - $232,000), effective June 2, 2003.

                     Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du Règlement n° 2003-1 portant affectation spéciale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Robert A. Wright, d’Ottawa (Ontario), au poste de secrétaire associé du Cabinet, sous-ministre auprès du vice-premier ministre et coordonnateur de la Sécurité et du renseignement, à titre amovible, et fixe son traitement conformément à l'annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l'échelle (197 200 $ - 232 000 $), à compter du 2 juin 2003.
