   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, pursuant to Vote No.1a (Foreign Affairs and International Trade) of Appropriation Act No. 3, 2008-2009, hereby appoints:

   Fredericka Gregory as Ambassador and Permanent Representative of Canada to the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe, in Vienna;

   John T. Holmes as Ambassador of Canada to the Association of Southeast Asian Nations, with residence in Jakarta; and

   Karen McDonald as High Commissioner for Canada to the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.

     Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères et en vertu du crédit n^o 1a (Affaires étrangères et Commerce international) de la Loi de crédits n^o 3 pour 2008-2009, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme :

   Fredericka Gregory en qualité d’ambassadeur et représentant permanent du Canada auprès de l’Organisation pour la sécurité et la coopération en Europe, à Vienne;

   John T. Holmes en qualité d’ambassadeur du Canada auprès de l’Association des nations de l’Asie du Sud-Est, avec résidence à Jakarta;

   Karen McDonald en qualité de haut-commissaire du Canada auprès de la République de Trinité-et-Tobago .
