Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to Privy Council Vote No. 1 of Appropriation Act No. 2, 1981-82, hereby appoints Nicole Jauvin of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Senior Advisor to the Privy Council Office, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes her salary and other employment conditions as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($203,600 - $239,600), effective March 2, 2009.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du crédit n^o 1 du Conseil privé de la Loi n^o 2 de 1981-82 portant affectation de crédits, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Nicole Jauvin, d’Ottawa (Ontario), à titre de conseiller supérieur auprès du Bureau du Conseil privé, à titre amovible, et fixe son traitement et autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l'annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l'échelle (203 600 $ - 239 600 $), à compter du 2 mars 2009.
