Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, considering that the collection of the tax is unjust, on the recommendation of the Minister of National Revenue, pursuant to subsection 23‍(2) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby remits tax in the amount of $3,332.‍42, and all relevant interest on it, paid or payable under Part I of the Income Tax Act by Eugene Skripkariuk for the 2003 taxation year.

Sur recommandation du ministre du Revenu national et en vertu du paragraphe 23‍(2) de la Loi sur la ge stion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil, estimant que la perception en est injuste, fait remise de la somme de 3 332,42‍‍ $, payée ou à payer par Eugene Skripkariuk pour l’année d’imposition 2003 au titre de l’impôt exigible en vertu de la partie I de la Loi de l’impôt sur le revenu, ainsi que des intérêts afférents.
