Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, pursuant to paragraph 133(i) of the Customs Tariff, hereby makes the annexed Regulations Repealing the Importation of Periodicals Regulations.
