Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, pursuant to paragraph 12(e) of the Export and Import Permits Act, hereby makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Exemption Regulations (Persons) (Miscellaneous Program).
