Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Agri‍-‍Food, hereby makes the annexed Regulations Amending Certain Regulations Administered and Enforced by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency, pursuant to

(a) section 5 of the Feeds Act;

(b) subsection 5‍(1) of the Fertilizers Act; and

(c) subsection 64‍(1) of the Health of Animals Act.

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Agriculture et de l’Agroalimentaire, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en c onseil

prend le Règlement modifiant certains règlements dont l’Agence canadienne d’inspection des aliments est chargée d’assurer et de contrôler l’application,

ci‍-‍après, en vertu‍ ‍:

a) de l’article 5 de la Loi relative aux aliments du bétail;

b) du paragraphe 5‍(1) de la Loi sur les engrais;

c) du paragraphe 64‍(1) de la Loi sur la santé des animaux.
