Her Excellency the Governor General in Council,
on the recommendation of the Minister of the Environment, pursuant
to section 21 of the Wild Animal and Plant Protection and Regulation of International and Interprovincial Trade Act, hereby makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Wild Animal and Plant Trade Regulations.
