   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, hereby authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs:

(a) to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan for

Co-operation in the Peaceful Uses of Nuclear Energy; or

(b) to execute and issue an Instrument of Full Powers authorizing Margaret Huber, Ambassador of Canada to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, or James Fox, Assistant Deputy Minister, Europe, Middle East, Maghreb and Chief Political Economic Officer, to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan for

Co-operation in the Peaceful Uses of Nuclear Energy.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise celui-ci :

a) soit à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord de coopération entre le gouvernement du Canada et le gouvernement du Royaume hachémite de Jordanie concernant les utilisations pacifiques de l’énergie nucléaire;

b) soit à signer et à délivrer un instrument de pleins pouvoirs autorisant soit Margaret Huber, ambassadeur du Canada auprès du Royaume hachémite de Jordanie, soit James Fox, sous-ministre adjoint, Europe, Moyen-Orient et Maghreb et agent principal politique et économique, à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord de coopération entre le gouvernement du Canada et le gouvernement du Royaume hachémite de Jordanie concernant les utilisations pacifiques de l’énergie nucléaire.
