   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of National Defence, pursuant to section 29.16 of the National Defence Act, hereby appoints Bruno Hamel of Ottawa, Ontario, as Chairperson of the Canadian Forces Grievance Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of four years, and fixes his remuneration and other employment conditions as set out in the annexed schedule, which remuneration is within the range GCQ 5 ($131,200 - $154,400), effective March 2, 2009.

   Sur recommandation du ministre de la Défense nationale et en vertu de l’article 29.16 de la Loi sur la défense nationale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Bruno Hamel, d’Ottawa (Ontario), président du Comité des griefs des Forces canadiennes, à titre inamovible, pour un mandat de quatre ans, et fixe sa rémunération et autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, laquelle rémunération se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 5 (131 200 $ - 154 400 $), à compter du 2 mars 2009.
