                     Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que Helen A. Rady, de la ville de London dans la province de l'Ontario, une avocate, soit nommée juge de la Cour supérieure de justice, et juge d'office de la Cour d'appel de l'Ontario, à compter du 19 mai 2003.

                     The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advise that Helen A. Rady, of the City of London in the Province of Ontario, Barrister-at-law, be appointed a Judge of the Superior Court of Justice, and a Judge ex officio of the Court of Appeal for Ontario, effective May 19, 2003.
