Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraphs 127.1(1)(a) and (b) of the Public Service Employment Act, hereby appoints Suzanne Vinet of Ottawa, Ontario, to be concurrently Associate Deputy Minister of Transport and Associate Deputy Head of the Office of Infrastructure of Canada, to be styled Associate Deputy Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes her salary as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($177,000 - $208,300), effective January 5, 2009.

   Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu des alinéas 127.1(1)a) et b) de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Suzanne Vinet, d’Ottawa (Ontario), concurremment aux postes de sous-ministre délégué des Transports et d’administrateur général délégué du Bureau de l’infrastructure du Canada, devant porter le titre de sous-ministre délégué des Transports, de l’Infrastructure et des Collectivités, à titre amovible, et fixe son traitement conformément à l'annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l'échelle (177 000 $ - 208 300 $), à compter du 5 janvier 2009.
