1    Her Excellency the Governor General in Council,

on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, hereby fixes the salary

of Michael Horgan, Senior Advisor to the Privy Council Office, as set

out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range

($228,000 - $268,300), effective August 1, 2008.

Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe le traitement de Michael Horgan, conseiller supérieur auprès du Bureau du Conseil privé, conformément à l'annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l'échelle (228 000 $ - 268 300 $), à compter du 1^er août 2008.
