Her Excellency the Governor General in Council,
on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport and
the Treasury Board, pursuant to subsections 122(1) and (6) of
the Financial Administration Act, hereby approves the 2008-2012 corporate plan of VIA Rail Canada Inc. for the period beginning on January 1, 2008 and ending on December 31, 2012.
Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et
du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu des paragraphes 122(1) et (6)
de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence
la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve le plan d’entreprise 2008-2012 de VIA Rail Canada Inc. pour la période commençant
le 1er janvier 2008 et se terminant le 31 décembre 2012.
