Her Excellency the Governor General in Council,

on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, pursuant to section 33 of the Tsawwassen First Nation Final Agreement Act, chapter 32 of the Statutes of Canada, 2008, hereby fixes April 3, 2009 as the day on which that Act comes into force, other than sections 19, 31 and 32, which came into force on assent.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes

et du Nord canadien et en vertu de l’article 33 de la Loi sur l’accord

définitif concernant la Première Nation de Tsawwassen, chapitre 32

des Lois du Canada (2008), Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale

en conseil fixe au 3 avril 2009 la date d’entrée en vigueur de cette loi,

à l’exception des articles 19, 31 et 32, lesquels sont entrés en vigueur

à la sanction.
