Her Excellency the Governor General in Council,

on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, hereby makes

the annexed Regulations Amending Certain Department of Industry

Regulations, pursuant to:

(a) section 261 of the Canada Business Corporations Act; and

(b) section 372 of the Canada Cooperatives Act.

le Règlement modifiant certains règlements (ministère de l’Industrie),

ci‍-‍après, en vertu de‍ ‍:

a) l’art icle 261 de la Loi canadienne sur les sociétés par actions;

b) l’article 372 de la Loi canadienne sur les coopératives.
