 Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que Neil A. Sharkey, de la ville d’Iqaluit au Nunavut, l’un des conseillers juridiques de Sa Majesté, soit nommé juge de la Cour de justice du Nunavut.

Le Comité du Conseil privé recommande en outre que ledit Neil A. Sharkey soit nommé juge de la Cour d’appel du Nunavut, juge de la Cour d'appel des territoires du Nord-Ouest et juge de la Cour d'appel du Yukon, pendant la durée de ses fonctions à titre de juge de la Cour de justice du Nunavut.

   The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that Neil A. Sharkey, of the City of Iqaluit in Nunavut, one of Her Majesty’s Counsel learned in the law, be appointed a Judge of the Nunavut Court of Justice.

The Committee further advises that the said Neil A. Sharkey be appointed a Judge of the Court of Appeal of Nunavut, a Judge of the Court of Appeal for the Northwest Territories, and a Judge of the Court of Appeal of Yukon, during his tenure of office as a Judge of the Nunavut Court of Justice.
