Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que l’honorable David A. Peddle, juge de la Cour provinciale dans la province de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador, soit nommé juge de la Division de première instance de la Cour suprême de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador, et membre d'office de la Cour d'appel de la Cour suprême de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador.

   The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that the Honourable David A. Peddle, a Provincial Court Judge in the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador, be appointed a Judge of the Trial Division of the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador, and a member ex officio of the Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador.
