   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, pursuant to sections 48.1, 48.2 and 48.6 of the Canadian Human Rights Act, hereby reappoints J. Grant Sinclair, Q.C., of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Chairperson of the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal to hold office during good behaviour for a term of six months or until such time as a new Chairperson is appointed, and fixes his remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which remuneration is within the range GCQ 8 ($212,200 - $249,700), effective January 1, 2009.

   Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice et en vertu des articles 48.1, 48.2 et 48.6 de la Loi canadienne sur les droits de la personne, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat de J. Grant Sinclair, c.r., d’Ottawa (Ontario), président du Tribunal canadien des droits de la personne à titre inamovible pour une période de six mois ou jusqu’à ce qu’un nouveau président soit nommé, et fixe sa rémunération conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, laquelle rémunération se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 8 (212 200 $ - 249 700 $), à compter du 1^er janvier 2009.
