   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development, pursuant to subsection 111(2) of the Employment Insurance Act, hereby appoints Ann Martha MacQuarrie of Kentville, Nova Scotia, to be Chairperson of the Boards of Referees for the Nova Scotia Regional Division, and particularly for the District of Kentville, for a term of three years.
