Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 11(4) of the Status of the Artist Act, hereby fixes the salary of Elaine Mary Kierans , part-time Vice-chairperson of the Canadian Artists and Producers Professional Relations Tribunal, for the period she is acting as Chairperson, at the rate set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is comprised of a per diem:

 

 (a) within the range GCQ 6 ($770 - $900) from March 3, 2008 to March 31, 2008;

 

 (b) within the range GCQ 6 ($800 - $940) from April 1, 2008 to June 25, 2008; and

 

 (c) within the range GCQ 6 ($800 - $940) from September 8, 2008 until such time as a new Chairperson is appointed.


   Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 11(4) de la Loi sur le statut de l’artiste, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe la rémunération de Elaine Mary Kierans, vice-président à temps partiel du Tribunal canadien des relations professionnelles artistes-producteurs, pour la période pendant laquelle elle agit à titre de président conformément à l ~ annexe ci-jointe, laquelle rémunération est composée d’un taux journalier se situant :

 

 a) dans l ~ échelle GCQ 6 (770 $ - 900 $) du 3 mars 2008 au 31 mars 2008;

 

 b) dans l ~ échelle GCQ 6 (800 $ - 940 $) du 1er avril 2008 au 25 juin 2008;

 

 c) dans l ~ échelle GCQ 6 (800 $ - 940 $) du 8 septembre 2008 jusqu’à ce qu’un nouveau président soit nommé.
