   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, hereby authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs:

(a) to sign, on behalf of Canada, subject to ratification, the Agreement on Labour Cooperation between Canada and the Republic of Colombia; or

(b) to execute and issue an Instrument of Full Powers authorizing Stockwell Day, Minister for International Trade, or

Kenneth Sunquist, Assistant Deputy Minister, Asia and Africa, and Chief Trade Commissioner, Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade, or Alexandra Bugailiskis, Assistant Deputy Minister, Latin America and Caribbean, to sign, on behalf of Canada, subject to ratification, the Agreement on Labour Cooperation between Canada and the Republic of Colombia.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise le ministre des Affaires étrangères :

 a) soit à signer, au nom du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord de coopération dans le domaine du travail entre le Canada et la République de Colombie;

b) soit à signer et à délivrer un instrument de pleins pouvoirs autorisant Stockwell Day, ministre du Commerce international, ou Kenneth Sunquist, sous-ministre adjoint, Asie et Afrique, et délégué commercial en chef, ministère des Affaires étrangères et du Commerce international, ou Alexandra Bugailiskis,

sous-ministre adjointe, Amérique latine et Antilles, à signer, au nom du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord de coopération dans le domaine du travail entre le Canada et la République de Colombie.
