Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, pursuant to subsection 35‍(3) of An Act to amend the Judges Act and certain other Acts in relation to courts, chapter 11 of the Statutes of Canada, 2006, hereby fixes the day on which this Order is published in the Canada Gazette, Part II, as the day on which sections 28 to 30, 32 and 33 of that Act come into force.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice et en vertu du paragraphe 35‍(3) de la Loi modifia nt la Loi sur les juges et d’autres lois liées aux tribunaux, chapitre 11 des Lois du Canada (2006), Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe à la date de publication du présent décret, dans la Gazette du Canada Partie II, la date d’entrée en vigueur des articles 28 à 30, 32 et 33 de cette loi.
