Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport and the Treasury Board, pursuant to section 48 of the Canada Transportation Act, hereby approves that the Minister of Transport, on behalf of Her Majesty in right of Canada, enter into a funding agreement with the governments of the provinces of Ontario and Quebec, respectively, for the purpose of funding an update study pertaining to the feasibility of High-Speed Rail operations in the Québec City, Quebec and Windsor, Ontario corridor, substantially in accordance with the attached draft agreement.

Sur recommendation du ministre des Transports et du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu de l’article 48 de la Loi sur les transports au Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil agrée la conclusion par le ministre des Transports, au nom de Sa Majesté du chef du Canada, d’un accord de financement avec les gouvernements des provinces d’Ontario et de Québec, respectivement, pour la mise à jour d’une étude de la faisabilité de l’exploitation d’un train à grande vitesse dans le corridor Québec (Québec) – Windsor (Ontario), lequel accord est conforme en substance au projet d’accord
