   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development and the Treasury Board, pursuant to subsection 121(1) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby directs that the financial year of the First Nations Statistical Institute shall begin on April 1 in one year and end on March 31 in the following year.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien et du Conseil du Trésor, et en vertu du paragraphe 121(1) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil ordonne que l’exercice financier de l’Institut de la statistique des Premières nations commence le 1^er avril d’une année et se termine le 31 mars de la suivante.
