   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of National Defence, pursuant to section 29.16 of the National Defence Act, hereby appoints Carina Anne De Pellegrin of Ottawa, Ontario, to be a part-time member of the Canadian Forces Grievance Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years.

   Sur recommandation du ministre de la Défense nationale et en vertu de l’article 29.16 de la Loi sur la défense nationale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Carina Anne De Pellegrin, d’Ottawa (Ontario), membre à temps partiel du Comité des griefs des Forces canadiennes, à titre inamovible, pour un mandat de trois ans.
