   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, pursuant to subsection 26(1) of the Citizenship Act, hereby appoints Joy Dirks of Calgary, Alberta, to be a citizenship judge for a term of three years on a full-time basis, and fixes her employment conditions as set out in the annexed schedule, effective January 5, 2009.

   Sur recommandation du ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration et en vertu du paragraphe 26(1) de la Loi sur la citoyenneté, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Joy Dirks, de Calgary (Alberta), juge de la citoyenneté, pour un mandat de trois ans, à temps plein, et fixe ses conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, à compter du 5 janvier 2009.
