Her Excellency the Governor General in Council,

on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 21(2) of the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority Act, hereby fixes the remuneration of Kevin McGarr, Chief Executive Officer, Canadian Air Transport Security Authority, as set out in the annexed schedule, which remuneration includes a salary within the range ($197,800 - $232,700), effective September 15, 2008.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 21(2) de la Loi sur l'Administration canadienne de la sûreté du transport aérien, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe la rémunération de Kevin McGarr, premier dirigeant, Administration canadienne de la sûreté du transport aérien, conformément à l'annexe ci-jointe, laquelle rémunération inclut un traitement se situant dans l'échelle  (197 800 $ - 232 700 $), à compter du 15 septembre 2008.
