Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 127.1(1)(a) of the Public Service Employment Act, hereby appoints Marie-Lucie Morin of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Associate Secretary to the Cabinet and National Security Advisor to the Prime Minister, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes her salary at the rate set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($228,000 - $268,300), effective November 17, 2008.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’alinéa 127.1(1)a) de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Marie-Lucie Morin, d’Ottawa (Ontario), au poste de secrétaire associé du Cabinet et conseiller en matière de sécurité nationale auprès du premier ministre, à titre amovible, et fixe son traitement au taux spécifié à l'annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l'échelle (228 000 $ - 268 300 $), à compter du 17 novembre 2008.
