Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, after consultation with the Board of Directors of the Canadian Race Relations Foundation, pursuant to sections 9 and 11 of the Canadian Race Relations Foundation Act, reappoints Ayman Al‑Yassini of Toronto, Ontario, to be Executive Director of the Canadian Race Relations Foundation to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, and fixes his salary at the rate set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range CEO 1 ($114,500 ‑ $134,700), effective September 18, 2008.

Sur recommandation de la ministre du Patrimoine canadien, après consultation du conseil d’administration de la Fondation canadienne des relations raciales, et en vertu des articles 9 et 11 de la Loi sur la Fondation canadienne des relations raciales, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat d’Ayman Al‑Yassini, de Toronto (Ontario), directeur général de la Fondation canadienne des relations raciales à titre amovible pour une période de trois ans, et fixe son traitement au taux figurant à l’annexe ci‑jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle salariale PD 1 (114 500 $ ‑ 134 700 $), à compter du 18 septembre 2008.
