Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of International Trade, hereby

 

(a)       pursuant to section 15 of the North American Free Trade Agreement Implementation Act, appoints Anne McCaskill of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Secretary of the Canadian Section of the Secretariat established pursuant to section 14 of that Act, to hold office for a term of four years; and

 

(b)       pursuant to subsection 15(2) of the North American Free Trade Agreement Implementation Act, fixes her remuneration and other employment conditions in accordance with the annexed schedule, which remuneration is within the range GC 4 ($103,400 ‑ $121,700);

 

effective September 15, 2008.

Sur recommandation du ministre du Commerce international, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil

 

a)         en vertu de l’article 15 de la Loi de mise en oeuvre de l’Accord de libre‑échange nord‑américain, nomme Anne McCaskill, d’Ottawa (Ontario), secrétaire de la section canadienne du Secrétariat constituée en vertu de l’article 14 de cette loi, pour un mandat de quatre ans;

 

b)         en vertu du paragraphe 15(2) de la Loi de mise en oeuvre de l’Accord de libre‑échange nord‑américain, fixe sa rémunération et autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci‑jointe, laquelle rémunération se situe dans l’échelle GC 4 (103 400 $ ‑ 121 700 $);

 

à compter du 15 septembre 2008.
