Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister for International Trade, pursuant to subsections 3.1(1) and 3.1(2) of the Canadian Commercial Corporation Act, hereby appoints Marc Whittingham of Rockland, Ontario, to be President of the Canadian Commercial Corporation, to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years, and fixes his remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($176,500 - $207,700).
