Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, hereby sets apart for the use and benefit of the Waycobah First Nation as an addition to Whycocomagh Indian Reserve No. 2, in the Province of Nova Scotia, the lands described in the attached schedule, consisting of 79.46 hectares (196.35 acres).

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil met de côté, à l’usage et au profit de la Première nation Waycobah, à titre d’ajout à la réserve indienne Whycocomagh n^o 2, dans la province de la Nouvelle-Écosse, les terres délimitées à l’annexe ci-jointe, lesquelles sont constituées de 79,46 hectares (196,35 acres).
