Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 3 of the Pilotage Act, hereby approves the appointment by the Minister of Transport of Paul Prefontaine of Delta, British Columbia, as a member of the Pacific Pilotage Authority to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years, in the place of Ulf R. Eriksen.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’article 3 de la Loi sur le pilotage, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la nomination par le ministre des Transports de Paul Prefontaine, de Delta (Colombie‑Britannique), membre de l'Administration de pilotage du Pacifique à titre amovible pour un mandat de quatre ans, en remplacement de Ulf R. Eriksen.
