Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to subsection 3(1) of An Act respecting the Buffalo and Fort Erie Public Bridge Company, hereby appoints Mary L. Fickel

of Fort Erie, Ontario, to be a member of the Buffalo and Fort Erie Public Bridge Authority to hold office during pleasure for a term of one year.
