Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 159(2) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, hereby fixes the salary of Robert Néron, full-time member of the Immigration and Refugee Board, for the period he is acting as Assistant Deputy Chairperson (Montréal Regional Office), at the rate set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 4 ($109,700 - $129,100), commencing February 11, 2008 and ending March 31, 2008 and within the range GCQ 4 ($114,100 - $134,200), commencing April 1, 2008 and until such time as a new Assistant Deputy Chairperson (Montréal Regional Office) is designated.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 159(2) de la Loi sur l'immigration et la protection des réfugiés, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe le traitement annuel de Robert Néron, membre à temps plein de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié, pour la période pendant laquelle il agit à titre de vice-président adjoint (Bureau régional de Montréal), conformément à l=annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l=échelle GCQ 4 (109 700 $ - 129 100 $), commençant le 11 février 2008 et se terminant le 31 mars 2008, et dans l’échelle GCQ 4 (114 100 $ - 134 200 $), commençant le 1^er avril 2008 et se terminant à la date de désignation d’un nouveau vice-président adjoint.
