Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que Jayne E. Hughes, de la ville d’Oshawa dans la province d’Ontario, une avocate, soit nommée juge de la section de la Cour de la famille de la Cour supérieure de justice de l’Ontario, et juge d’office de la Cour d'appel de l’Ontario.

The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that Jayne E. Hughes, of the City of Oshawa in the Province of Ontario, Barrister-at-law, be appointed a Judge of the Family Court branch of the Superior Court of Justice in and for the Province of Ontario, and a Judge ex officio of the Court of Appeal for Ontario.
