Whereas Order in Council P.C. 2006-1328 of November 10, 2006 appointed Pamela Ann Carkner of Toronto, Ontario to be Chairperson of the Boards of Referees for the Ontario Regional Division, and particularly for the District of Toronto for a term of three years;

 

                     And whereas Pamela Ann Carkner has relocated to Nepean, Ontario and wishes to remain Chairperson of the Boards of Referees;

 

                     Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development, pursuant to subsection 111(2) of the Employment Insurance Act, hereby amends Order in Council P.C. 2006-1328 of November 10, 2006 to appoint Pamela Ann Carkner of Nepean, Ontario, to be Chairperson of the Boards of Referees for the Ontario Regional Division, and particularly for the District of Ottawa for a term ending November 9, 2009.

Attendu que le décret C.P. 2006-1328 du 10 novembre 2006 a nommé Pamela Ann Carkner de Toronto (Ontario), président des conseils arbitraux pour la division régionale de l’Ontario, et en particulier pour le district de Toronto pour un mandat de trois ans;

 

                     Attendu que Pamela Ann Carkner a déménagé à Nepean (Ontario) et souhaite rester président des conseils arbitraux,

 

                     À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre des Ressources humaines et du Développement des compétences et en vertu du paragraphe 111(2) de la Loi sur l’assurance-emploi, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil modifie le décret C.P. 2006-1328 du 10 novembre 2006 et nomme Pamela Ann Carkner, de Nepean (Ontario), président des conseils arbitraux pour la division régionale de l’Ontario, et en particulier pour le district d’Ottawa pour un mandat se terminant le 9 novembre 2009.
