                 Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to sections 301 and 400 of the Canada Shipping Act, hereby amends Schedule 2 to Order in Council P.C. 2003-101 of January 30, 2003, by replacing the name “Latulipe” with “Latulippe”.

                 Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu des articles 301 et 400 de la Loi sur la marine marchande du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil modifie l’annexe 2 du décret C.P. 2003-101 du 30 janvier 2003 en remplaçant le nom « Latulipe » par « Latulippe ».
